Refund Policy

All products you wish to exchange or return must remain unopened, and returns may be refused if they are opened, damaged, or contaminated.

* Perfume products cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging is opened or damaged and will be automatically returned to the original receiving location.

*Exchanges are not possible for cases of a simple change of mind or ordering mistake. Kindly ensure your purchase is made with careful consideration.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product or product with noticeable defects?
Please contact us at support@bolene.co along with your order ID and we will attend to this as soon as possible.

In the event that a defect item is not replaceable, a refund will be processed via the original payment method for your order.

Returns Procedure

  1. To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service to request the return of the parcel/item.
  2. Capture two images of the parcel/item:
    • The first image should showcase the unwrapped parcel, providing proof of its initial condition.
    • The second image should be taken after repacking and wrapping the parcel securely.
  3. We will furnish you with the return Airway Bill.
  4. Print the Airway Bill and affix it to the parcel.
  5. For customers in West Malaysia Zone 1 & 2, our courier will pick up the parcel at the provided address. East Malaysia customers are required to ship the parcel from their local courier service center.
  6. Upon receiving the return shipment, we will assess the condition of the parcel.
  7. After verification, the refund will be processed or a replacement item will be shipped to the same customer promptly.
