Orders & Payment

BOLENE products are available for order on our website and through selected retail outlets. You can also check our list of stockists for in-store purchases.
Orders will be processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. You can anticipate delivery within 2-3 working days in West Malaysia and 3-5 working days in East Malaysia.
Upon validation and payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If not, please contact us at support@bolene.co, and we will verify the status of your order.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate with the carrier.
We currently accept FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and various E-Wallet options.

Shipping

As of now, we do not offer next-day delivery services.
For home delivery or any issues during delivery attempts, contact us, and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the matter.
No worries, we will make a second delivery attempt.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at support@bolene.co before 10:00 the next working day. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with address changes outside of this time frame.

Unfortunately, at the moment, BOLENE only delivers orders to addresses within Malaysia.

Returns & Refunds

Exchanges are not facilitated for a simple change of mind or ordering mistake.
If you find yourself in this situation, don’t worry. Please notify us at support@bolene.co within 7 days from the shipping date of your order, providing your order ID, and we’ll promptly address the issue, ensuring your eligibility for exchange or refund.
No, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. In the event of a return, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Currently, we do not offer this service. Products purchased online must be returned through our online platform.
Unfortunately, refunds can only be issued to the card originally used for the order payment.
Once the details for your refund are settled, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund within this period, kindly email us at support@bolene.co, and our team will promptly investigate the matter.
